Outpatient Program for Military Service Members
We use evidence-based therapies tailored to the realities of service life, covering trauma care, stress reduction, relationship challenges, substance use support and rebuilding identity and connection.

You don’t have to do it alone, our team is here to walk with you, side by side.
We understand the unique weight that trauma, stress and transitions can carry. Our outpatient program is specifically designed for military service members and
their dependents who are ready to heal.
What to Expect
Our outpatient programs provide structured, therapeutic care while allowing you to live at home and maintain daily responsibilities. We offer full-day, half-day and virtual options to meet individual and family needs.
- Full-day Treatment: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Half-day Treatment: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
- Virtual Treatment: Tuesday – Thursday, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

- Creative therapies: yoga, art and mindfulness
- Support for sleep issues, moral injury and substance use
- Weekly progress updates and continuity of care plan
- Virtual sessions with access to both education and therapeutic support
- Individual therapy (full-day only)
- Family therapy (full-day only)
- Medication management (full-day only)
- Documentation assistance for work leave
