Belinda earned her Bachelors of Human Resources from Tarleton State University-Central Texas. She also holds a certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) accredited through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Belinda brings extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
